I want to move LS webserver to a new server. Is this just as simple as attaching the new server to the existing DB and redirecting the LSClient file to the new server? Thanks

If you know how to navigate through the database you can delete the created reports there. I have my DBA do it for me when I don't want a report anymore. Cheers
I assume you are looking for groups local to a PC, and not groups from AD. What is it that you are wanting to track? Login, bad login attempts, file access?
