Can we give access to all help desk tickets without making the user an Agent?
Is it possible to use an alternate report writing tool to write help desk reports? We use Microsoft SSRS throughout our company for other reporting needs and would like to write some of our help desk reports using this tool as well.
I need some users to be able to create and save their own ticket filters. Is this possible?
I would like the ticket priority to be added to my list of all Open Tickets but I don't see it listed and I don't know how to add it.
