It would be great if rather than displaying all the news messages vertically together, they could be on a timed rotation with link markers or navigation arrows so that users could click through them manually if they choose.

Hello,In testing the new helpdesk system, I accidentally imported a number of emails as tickets. They aren't tickets. I'm wondering how I can delete them permanently so that they don't show up in the ticket DB in the future.Thanks!
