If your software could accurately account for Microsoft licensing... you would be miracle workers!

A couple of improvements could be:

- Per CPU licensing. Datacenter servers are licensed per physical CPU. SQL licensed per CPU or CALS.

- Some products are covered by Software Assurance. So we would be interested in a count of a product regardless of version.

License compliance changes are planned for version 5 of Lansweeper. We currently have no release date for this version.

Software versions can already be grouped together in software license compliance so that you get a global count. More info on grouping software packages in software license compliance can be found on page 69 and beyond of our online documentation.
