I would like to recommend for next version automatic download from Dell website (and other companies) Purchase Date and Warranty information for easy reporting. This seems to work just fine in SpiceWorks and is easily accesible from Dell's website. Instead of typing everything by hand this could be downloaded by LanSweeper.

the first time i used the tool all the dates were filled in. But i just tried to update all my dell service tags. Unfortunately all the dates were wiped out and i cant get them back through that tool.

is this tool still working?
