I have setup alerting to be triggered from an event id however it seems the delivery of the emails only get delivered when the Lansweeper service is restarted or the server is restarted. We have the server that is setup configured to be scanned every 10 minutes.
Any reason why these alerts are not being sent real time and only being delivered when I restart the Lansweeper service?
Any help is much appreciated
