Hi Support!
I am new user of LanSweeper. This is a great program!
I would create a custom action with lsclient
Example \\vm-lansweeper\lsclient.exe {computer} but not function.

Actually I have integrate with AD and a specific OU. The inventory function but I have a problem with Username that add "__vmware_user__". If I use Lsclient.exe function correcty.

How can I ?

Thank you to all
Marco

What exactly are you trying to do with this?
Lsclients should be run on the client and has the servername as parameter.

This is a known problem and will be fixed in next release.

You could try psexec to execute it but you won't get the correct username.
please mail us at lansweeper@hemoco.com for an updated service file.

Hi All

Sorry for being of the topic. I installed lansweeper and added the premium license which it accepted and verified. But when I go to the web console it doesn't show under License compliance. I stopped and started iis and lansweeper services but still show nothing under License Compliance. Can someone assist me please?

Regards
Robin

You need to start the configuration utility from the start menu, there you can go to tab "licenses" and select the software/operating systems you want displayed on this screen (see the documentation.pdf file)

No, the scanning is performed by the server, not by the client.

There is never anything added or changed on the client.

The server puts the computers needed to be scanned in a waitqueue.
When it is ready to scan the computer is uses read-only wmi queries.
