Hi

I am using Lansweeper premium tool .I have put lansweeper tools in a share folder on the server.But when i am trying to use the controls using this tools ,nothing is happening in the target systems.
I tried even shutdown,reboot option by clicking the corresponding web control panel, but it is not affecting on the target PC.
But suppose if i am trying to use "shutdown -r -m \\Target-PC" from the command prompt from my PC , it is affecting on the target PC. Can you please tell me the "Action Screen " options will work by clicking the corresponding links in it or not.If yes ,where i am wrong ?

Thanks for your support.I am through with the common exes like ping,traceroute, eventviwer etc.But i am not able to get the premium tools.Please find the screen shot

To which location is the action pointing?
Is screengrab.exe located in this folder?

due to an Firefox update to Version 3.6 the cosum actions do not work anymore ? Does anybody has the same problem or an solution for me ?
