I suggest lowering the amount of threads a bit (90 should be ok).
SQL connection pooling is set to 100 by default, if you have more connections at a given time it might give database timeouts.
Next to the scanning threads also other threads are connecting to the DB.

Running fast on an old Dell PowerEdge 1750.

BTW, I hope that everyone here who appears as "Free" users are actual Premium users and just haven't bothered updating your status. This is a great piece of software that deserves this modest fee. Especially those that seem to be very large companies. Tell your boss to not be so cheap!
