Disabled ticket types still showing up when duplicating tickets

We recently modified the ticket types in our help desk, and set some of the old ones to "disabled". The ticket types show up correctly when opening or modifying tickets, but if we try to duplicate a ticket, the disabled types also show up and can be selected.

How can we prevent this.
