Deployment stops working until the service is restarted

After several days working the package deployment stops working until the service is restarted, at that moment it works again for a few days and then it stops.
There is nothing in the server logs or in the Windows logs.
Can someone help me?

We have a similar issue, where deployments run fine for a few days and then pause, stuck with the same deployment state. The only fix as you say is to restart the Lansweeper Service, I have noticed Memory Usage is very high, so will check SQL's allocation?
