Engaged Sweeper
Good afternoon,

I’m writing in this forum because i’m having a hard time making lansweeper detect my VOIP Aastra phones.

So the problem is really simple, lansweeper detects the phones as « Web Server ». I’ve tried everything and can’t seem to find the solution and would really appreciate from you guys to get an answer soon.

Best regards,

Alexandre Rocha

What protocols does the VOIP phone support? If it is listed as a web server, it usually means only HTTP or HTTPS was accessible on the device.

VOIP phones are preferably scanned via SNMP.

To see what is open on the VOIP phone you can do a test with devicetester.exe, which can be found in Program Files (x86)\Lansweeper\Actions on your Lansweeper server. Perform the test from your Lansweeper server to the problem machine, submit any relevant credentials.
