Are wildcards allows in ticket dispatching rules? For example, if subject like %Building A % assign agent team A.

No wildcards are needed, just select Like in the second selectbox.

Thank you, I did some testing of this yesterday and it works as you describe. This is different than other "Like" commands I have seen.

so i tried to have a rule using LIKE for a single word in the subject change the state of the ticket.
