I've followed the instructions here: https://www.lansweeper.com/knowledgebase/intune-scanning-requirements/ to allow lansweeper to scan InTune devices. It all looks okas per attacked image.

We are getting the following error message:

Error log details - "2019-09-18 11:08:05,081 [1] INFO LOGINTUNESCANNING ERROR Connected successfully with credential (Id 0: 'Intune') to Intune container with app Id 'd53462-appId was here but r3mov3d', but the user has no rights to scan Intune"

Any suggestions?

You can log in with the account in Azure and then access this URL to see Intune devices: https://portal.azure.com/#blade/Microsoft_Intune_Devices/DeviceEntryBlade/mDMDevices

Those devices should be scannable if they are there, if it is empty it is a permission issue.
