This Mac address already exist

I have been trying to load new assets on Lan sweeper but every time I put in the Mac Address it keeps saying it already exist yet its a new stock and also figured out that even when I try to put in a random number it does the same. please assist.

It should only give that error when the MAC address is already present in your database. In order to check you can type in the MAC address in the top search bar. Any assets with that MAC address should show up.
Alternatively, you can create a report to list all assets with that specific MAC address to check if you have any asset with that specific MAC address.
