i have several XP systems that show up under never scanned os...
lsclient registers succesfully
connection tester works just fine without errors... wmi is enabled.. dcom is enabled and user account is domain admin.
i've got 20 other systems that are working fine... these 5 are not.
windows firewall is disabled and everything. any hints?

On the Digital Dashboard, check the first 4 reports, which reports do these PC's show up on?

Which error do you see in the error tab of the computers?
