Configure 'always notify' email address

Is there a way to configure a specific email address or user to receive emails for every update?

The update would need to include the last entry as part of the body

This would allow me to monitor ongoing work without having to log into the web interface.

Create an account, make it an agent, give it an email address and make it a team leader of every team? That should make it get every alert email sent.

The body/last reply is something I'd like too, I haven't had any luck of getting it to behave like that currently.
