Hi!

I had configured several default Mail Reports (to report if servers hard disks are full etc.).
But after upgrade these Reports are missing from Reports list.

How can I get back old reports?

with best wishes

What was your previous version?
Upgrades don't delete any reports (in the worst case your report won't work anymore, but it won't be deleted)

I found out what this was - I deleted some mail groups and with mail groups there I lost reports too (bug)- now I upgrtaded to 060 version where this bug is fixed -- BUT my old reports are still missing!

What must I do to get reports back?

If these were custom reports, they are lost unfortunately. We apologize for the inconvenience caused. There was indeed a bug that was causing reports to be deleted if the mail group they were assigned to was deleted, which has now been fixed.

Default reports can be recreated. Please provide us with the names of the reports and we will give you the necessary details to recreate them.

something about 20 reports - but I do not remember all names - how can I quickly export to excel all my default reports and where can I find complet list of all default reports (I do not want to install one version else somewhere; and comparision from screen is very painful; I do not see inside lansweeper possibility to export reports list)?

It is not currently possible to export a list of all reports available in your report builder.
The file attached to this post contains a list of all default reports.
File Attachment(s):
ReportNamesList.txt (16kb) downloaded 3 time(s).

There is a way to re-add all default reports, though it is a bit involved. In your Lansweeper configuration console under Lansweeper\Database Scripts, execute the two scripts attached to this post, in any order. (Copy and paste the code and hit the "Execute sql script" button.) You may encounter errors from default reports already present in the database, but these can be ignored.

Just to be safe, we recommend performing a database backup before executing these scripts.
File Attachment(s):
SCRIPT - InsertReportNames.txt (36kb) downloaded 7 time(s).
SCRIPT - InsertReportCode.txt (198kb) downloaded 5 time(s).
