This information can be populated from Active Directory. Double click their name, click the Organization tab, fill it in. Should populate on the next AD scan.

Thanks for the reply.
Titles are already populated in AD but don't show up in LanSweeper.

User information is scanned when a user is found to be logged on. If the user is not logged on or if the computer is not being scanned due to firewall or other issues, the user information will not be returned.

You could also try refreshing user details through the configuration console. The "Refresh active directory user details" option can be found under Scanning Server/Your Server/Options. Restart the Lansweeper service if you immediately wish to perform the refresh action.

Hi
That option is already checked. I then checked a few users that have logged in this morning to their computers and there is still no Title field displayed.
Could this be a bug in version 4.1.0.132?
Thanks
