I'd like to see a new device type for Copiers/Multi-Function Devices (MFD).

You can add your own device types in the configuration console under Configuration/Device Types. You can then map your devices to the new type based on their OID. Device mapping can be found under Scanning Options/Device Lookup.

More information on device types can be found on pages 46 and 52 of our online documentation.
