Hi,

Just bought and installed LANsweeper - version according to Config Utility is 4.0.0.116. I'm having some problems though that are apparently fixed in the latest version (computers reported as NAS devices).

Downloaded setup.exe again and ran it. The install recognised it was an upgrade but the option to select 'Upgrade' was grayed-out and unselectable. I only had the option to do a new install, so i Cancelled and removed LANsweeper using Add\Remove Programs, then reinstalled a New Installation which is still reporting its version as 4.0.0.116.

Is this the latest version? I assume not as i still have the NAS issue. Am i upgrading incorrectly?

Advice would be much appreciated!

Ah I see now...

The LANsweeper config utility is at version 4.0.0.116, whereas our server install is 4.0.0.37 (must have been a new version since your post !)

I'll try another scan and see what happens now.
