I am using the enterprise edition of VNC and would like to use it from LAN Sweeper. I put in the file path of C:\Program Files\RealVNC\VNC4\vncviewer.exe. which is where the program is installed. The command line is as follows: c:\program files\RealVNC\VNC4\vncviewer.exe {computer}
When I click VNC from the Lan Sweeper interface I get an "Error: File not found" dialog box even though the file exists at that location.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Did you place quotes around "c:\program files\RealVNC\VNC4\vncviewer.exe"

You are sure that this file exists on the computer where you use the webbrowser? (not on the server)

Please upload or mail: -screenshot of the webpage with the actions opened on your computer hovered over the vnc action. -Your windows explorer open on your computer with the path to the vnc file.

It took a little while for the light to come on but observing the path made me remember that I am running 64 bit Windows 7. I have included a screen shot should other encounter this issue. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. I am also coming up for renewal on the 10th of July. What steps do I need to take renew my license? Thanks again. clarkkent attached the following image(s):

I suggest copying vncviewer.exe to a shared folder so everyone could access it.
