Which fields are currently searchable and is it possible to add more.Searching by serial number for pc and monitor would be great as this is something thats usually already on the devices if the asset label is damaged or missing.ThanksJames

+1 for some kind of mobile access.It wouldnt need the Actions other than maybe rescan. Just view, edit & searching existing items would be a huge bonus.I pretty sure that most support staff have smartphone's or tablets with them when they are running...
