Does anybody have some documentation or tips & tricks to deploying the LS agent on macOS? In particular I would be interested if anybody has had success doing this via JAMF. I am NOT a JAMF guru.
Just wanted to confirm whether or not you officially support MS SQL 2016 on v6.0.0.65?
How can I invoke an alternate remote control agent rather the lsremote.exe which is often lags and takes forever to load? If we can just envoke another VNC agent or even better an agent like Screen Connect?
I've seen there is some support for automating reports and event logs, but there is there any sort of support for automating and alerting/ticketing based on events? For example, the unauthorized software reports is useful...but just a deluge of data...
These fields are pulled in via Active Directory and populate the user page. But they don't appear to be a option as an available field in the Help Desk agent view?
