To easily add additional users to a ticket reply, use @user to add them to ticket. When a response to a ticket is done it would look up the user as they type the @ and name.
On the new ticket screen webpage the default ticket type is set to a specific ticket type. Users forget to change this and the option to set this field as nothing and make it required would be better.
Currently users can login using user ID and also email addresses. Lansweeper should recognize that this is the same user and only allow single login using existing user name.
We would like the lansweeper helpdesk to ignore automatic auto replies from users email when tickets have been closed. When these emails are sent back to lansweeper they open the tickets back up.
I am trying to import tickets from an existing ticket system as a csv file. After using the import ticket template and defining the fields necessary I am receiving 1 error, "String was not recognized as a valid DateTime". I have set the date to the c...
