Is there a way to send a notification to all team members if an existing ticket is assigned to that team?
The responses are going to the users but none of the agent response templates are working. Anyone have the same issue?
My large multifunction ricoh devices are showing page counts but not my 3510 desktop printers.I have been able to pull this info in via SNMP with other asset management systems, is there something else I need to do to get this?
