Hello!

I'm new to this community but already have my first problem.
We are pushing LS in another network to monitor 2 clients. The Sides are connected with an ipSec VPN Side-to-Side.
I can ping and access a Webpage from the remote network, everything works well.
But if I want to make LSpush.exe Ip.Ip.Ip.Ip /showresult it gets me an error “could not connect to remote host error 11001”

Which ports are necessary, or what protocols are used to get the data?
Does anyone have an idea why it could be not working? Some Client sides are working very well, others case a lot of troubles…

Thanks for any pointers or help
Roger

The default port where the lansweeper service is listening is 9524.

You can try to telnet from the client to the server on port 9524 to check if the port is not firewalled.

PS. don't know if it is intended or an example but don't use [] around the Ip address.
