Under an Asset, there are "Summary", "Docs" and "Comments" Tabs. Is it possible to add a "Web Page" tab? Or if it can let user randomly add any tab, that will be even better.
Adding tabs is not possible, but you can use one of the Custom1->Custom20 fields to store hyperlinks, if this is what you are trying to do.
Custom field names and types (hyperlink, text box...) can be customized under Configuration/Website Management/Asset Pages.
You can add data to assets by hitting the Edit Asset button on individual asset pages or clicking the Assets link at the top of the web console and hitting the Editing Mode button on the left.
Thanks for your reply. Custom1->20 will work if they are click-able. What I try to achieve here is to link the asset to some external web sites. Thanks.
