Asset Defined by Custom Field

I have a few hundred computers that have a custom field that I would like to add them to a group based upon. When I go to add them using the Configuration/Asset Groups tab, I can only filter from a few of their fields they list.

It was actually rather easy, I just had to ignore the tblAssetGroups table. I just added the AssetID and AssetGroupID to the tblAssetGroupLink and it worked.

Yes but then I cannot query those via sql as those are not stored in the DB.

Have you tried Dynamic Groups below the Static groups?
