Hello,
there are IP telephones in the local subnet of the Scanserver and also some in an remote subnet (firewall and vpn).
The local telephones are scanned with IP Adress, MAC and manufacturer.
The remote telephones are only shown with the IP Adress.
Why is there no MAC and no manufacturer information?

MAC addresses likely were read from ARP. This only works if the scanning server and scanned assets are in the same subnet. If you would like to read the MAC address of assets in another subnet, the asset must submit it through SNMP or SIP, which might not work for all devices. We recommend that you check the SIP and/or SNMP settings on the phones you are scanning. Afterwards test scanning them again according to the instructions in this KB article.
