Hello Guys,

In my company we have many computers with dual boot (windows / linux) and fixed IP, so the two systems have the same IP.

As the Lansweeper behaves with this scenario? Because in a scan he can find a system in IP and another scan may find another system.

Lansweeper uses the hostname and domain name as unique identifier for Windows computers and the MAC address for many other asset types including Linux computers. Two assets with the same IP address shouldn't be an issue as long as your DNS resolves them correctly. For details on unique IDs in Lansweeper, have a look at this article.
