The web interface for us is very slow.
Sometimes it will only take a few seconds for a page to load, but a lot of the time it will take 15+ seconds for a page to even start to load.
Not quite sure what to check on, I tried giving the server more resources but that did not help.
Suggestions?

FYI for everyone: problem resolved by clearing the (huge) event log tables, as per these instructions.

We would also recommend using SQL Server as your database server if you have 1,000+ assets. Storing more than a thousand assets in a Compact database will severely impact performance. Instructions for moving from SQL Compact to SQL Server can be found here.

Thanks for the prompt reply. I have sent the requested information.

This happens because of too many scanned data (particularly Event log data), certain complex reports or too small servers.

In order to investigate your issue, could you send a mail to support@lansweeper.com with the following attached:
  • The error log as present under Program Files (x86)\Lansweeper\Service\Errorlog.txt on your Lansweeper server
  • Two screenshots of the Configuration\Database Scripts page. We need to see the top of the page and the first 10 tables listed under Database Table Size

We will follow up via mail
